It&#8217;s titled <em>Color Me Fearless<\/em> and is split into seven themed sections: Courage, Strength, Resilience, Confidence, Power, Adventure and Freedom. This desert scene with cacti represents resilience. It was pretty cool, because I was visiting my sister in North Carolina, and she got one, too. We spent our evenings that week playing games and coloring. Two things we quickly discovered that had changed since we colored as children were the complexity of the designs and our visual acuity.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-673\" src=\"https:\/\/caroljpost.com\/dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Kim-coloring-167x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/caroljpost.com\/dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Kim-coloring-167x300.jpg 167w, https:\/\/caroljpost.com\/dev\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Kim-coloring.jpg 533w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>My sister, the ingenious person that she is, figured out a way around those obstacles &#8211; jeweler&#8217;s lenses. That&#8217;s what I call someone who is serious about her coloring!<\/p>\n<p>I thought I had outgrown coloring by the time I reached my first double digit birthday,\u00a0but in recent months, I&#8217;ve been hearing a lot about its benefits. I find it very relaxing and a great way to enhance creativity. But coloring isn&#8217;t just for creative people. \u00a0Researchers have\u00a0recognized the benefits of coloring on the adult brain for over 100 years. Here&#8217;s a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wellnessmama.com\/77075\/adult-coloring-books\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">very informative\u00a0post<\/a> on the subject that Wellness Mama did a couple of weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>What about you?
